British Police Catch Streaking... Meteor

It was only a week ago that amateur astronomers caught video of a fireball streaking over southwestern England. This week the Mirror reports that a fireball streaking over the West Midlands was caught by someone more official - the police. Traffic officers saw the fireball as they drove on a highway early Monday morning. Their police car’s camera caught the fireball’s 10-second flight. What do the police do when they catch a meteor?
