Tonight an Orbital Sciences Antares rocket launches the Cygnus cargo module - with 18 more student experiments - to the International Space Station. 310,000 students across America and Canada have taken part in space research - with little burden on the ISS astronauts or Nasa’s budget - but some in Congress think that’s a bad thing.
